I missed a flight

It did not go down exactly like this, but pretty close...



I wanted to give the awesome pub for 4 Corners its due respect on the blog, so I have delayed posting for a couple of days.

For those of you who have not heard, I was due to fly out Friday morning in C-bus, heading to Richmond to see my main player, S-Braine, or $$$.

Due to a string of events I walked up to the gate at 6:15am, the flight was supposed to leave at 6:30am. So I knew I was a little behind, but still OK. I walk up to the attendant chick and told her I was ready to get on the Richmond flight.

She says, "It has already boarded."

I say, "OK, I still have 15 minutes, can't I get on?"

(Another guy walks up behind me in the same situation)

She walkie-talkies her cohort on the plane and says "I have 2 more for the flight"

Lady B responds, "the door is closed, they cannot get on, they are too late"

Dude who walked up behind me starts blowing venom at them, it was unreal!

I could go on for pages, but the end result was no reimbursement or retribution and I have booked a flight for another weekend.

Good times...
