It has been an interesting few days. Had another thrilling class Thursday Night, with an interesting twist. One member of the class is the treasurer at a school district here in Cincinnati. He nudges me and points to a web address that list a position available at their school. It is for a Director of Development, which basically helps secure community financial support and handle publc relations.
I think it would be a very interesting job and the compensation is around where it needs to be. The downside is that it would be about a 35 minute commute from where we are now and will require some weekend/evening work. I told him I would not be applying and he responded by asking me to apply anyway since "you never know what can happen."
I think that is fair, so I am going to shoot over my resume today, I will keep you posted.
In addition, very excited for the fam to come down today and spend the afternoon at Katey's, to get an opportunity to meet her family. Should be a great time.
